Job Summary
Territory Manager in Colorado Springs responsible for building and managing relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, executing GTM strategies for new markets, and leading in-person/virtual meetings with patients, parents, and providers. The role requires field presence 4–5 days per week, travel within about an hour, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market goals. Requires 1–4 years of sales experience (healthcare experience a plus), ability to energize and persuade senior personnel, and strong communication and project-management skills. The total compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 base plus performance-based incentives; located in Colorado Springs with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Based in Colorado Springs, CO
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
