Job Summary
Territory Manager in Boulder, CO will build relationships with clinical partners and lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships. The role involves go-to-market planning, managing referral sources, traveling 4-5 days per week for in-person meetings, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals. Requires local travel, strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills, and experience with or to healthcare organizations is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Boulder, CO
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Full-time, exempt employee status
