Job Summary

Territory Manager for a startup medical device company focused on a novel gastrointestinal diagnostic platform. Drive new business development and account acquisition across physician practices, hospitals, IDNs, and academic medical centers within the defined Chicago territory. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive market penetration, growth in utilization, and long-term clinical programs within customer accounts. Educate and engage physicians, administrators, and clinical staff on the clinical and operational value of the technology; drive physician adoption through ongoing training, support, and account development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, reimbursement, marketing, leadership) to ensure successful program implementation, post-sale utilization, and market feedback. Participate in industry conferences and customer events; contribute to commercialization efforts and strategic direction. Ideal candidates have experience introducing new medical technologies, growing utilization post-acquisition, and a hunting sales mentality with the ability to build new business from the ground up.
