Job Summary
Territory Manager in Chicago, IL focused on building and maintaining relationships with clinicians to drive pneumatic compression device sales within an assigned territory. Responsible for understanding the patient process and revenue cycle across payer types (CMS guidelines, private payers, deductibles), providing clinical support during the evaluation process, presenting clinical evidence, staying current on industry/regulatory trends, and training/overseeing Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators. The role requires travel within the territory to patient homes and healthcare facilities, adherence to HIPAA and related regulations, and hands-on involvement in sales planning, prospecting, and relationship-building with healthcare providers and referral sources. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage territory budgets and administrative duties are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
- Proficient in SalesForce, MS Office, Apple products
