Job Summary
Execute outside sales and territory management for the InCourage airway clearance therapy device, calling on pulmonologists to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions. Identify new opportunities, overcome objections, and educate healthcare teams on Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria while obtaining necessary medical record documentation. Perform total office sales calls, in-services on patient profiles, and product demonstrations to present clinical evidence, utilizing data analysis to target priority teams and adjust call routing for pipeline management. Maintain field presence within the territory 90% of the time, including potential overnights, while building strong customer relationships. Bachelor's or Master's degree required with 3+ years of direct field sales experience. Target earnings range from $138,000 to $158,000 annually plus car allowance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education or clinical sales support experience
- Ability to be in the field within your territory 90%
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar, or 7+ years of above related sales experience
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- US work authorization
- Reside in or within commuting distance to Chicago, IL
