Job Summary
Build and sustain strong customer relationships across a portfolio in Wales and South West England, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution. Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business leads to increase revenue through strategic initiatives like expansion and pricing optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute plans supporting customer growth and cost efficiency, while conducting regular business reviews, managing tenders, and negotiating contracts. Monitor account performance through key metrics and customer feedback, implementing strategies to enhance experience and loyalty. Oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with policies and recovering outstanding equipment fees. Lead initiatives to reduce transport costs and improve supply chain efficiency, driving value for customers and optimizing operational processes. Support the integration of sustainability initiatives with customers, contributing to CHEP's broader corporate social responsibility objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driver's License
- Two years' experience in a field based customer facing role
- Two years' experience in Account Management and Business Development in the FMCG or Supply Chain sector
