Job Summary
Territory Manager role driving medical device sales in Orange County across women's health and reconstructive procedures. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow market share; build long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, procurement and key accounts; conduct consultative sales calls highlighting clinical and financial value; provide in-OR support per facility protocols; leverage GPO/IDN contracts and sales data to maximize territory performance; maintain knowledge of product portfolio and market trends; operate with high ethical standards and compliance. Requires 3+ years of medical device sales (OR experience), Bachelor's degree preferred, strong consultative selling and relationship-building, clinical aptitude for supporting procedures, MS Office proficiency, independent work capability, valid driver’s license, and ability to meet site credentialing requirements. Salary range $195,000–$200,000+ annually. Locations include Orange County, CA, and broader California with in-person work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical device sales experience (urology or implantable devices strongly preferred); OR experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Proven consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support surgical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with high initiative and results focus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements for site access
