Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for driving sustainable growth in advanced heart failure by developing LVAD programs, expanding implanting centers, and optimizing patient pathways across the territory. Lead commercial performance, account management, and program development; negotiate contracts, forecast and pipeline management; engage with cardiac surgeons, HF cardiologists, VAD coordinators, and hospital leadership; support center expansion, patient access, and multidisciplinary coordination; provide clinical and educational guidance to surgical teams, ICU staff, and coordinators; travel within Italy (Milan and Rome) to support centers and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in cardiovascular medical devices or surgical therapies
- Experience in LVAD, cardiac surgery, or advanced heart failure preferred
- Proven success in managing complex, high-value accounts and programs
- Experience working with multidisciplinary hospital teams and decision-makers
