The Territory Manager role involves meeting or exceeding sales activity standards, performing project management duties at installation sites, and maintaining customer account records in Salesforce CRM. Candidates should demonstrate proactive opportunity identification and possess excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. The position requires spending a significant amount of time in the field, managing accounts receivables, and coordinating with installation crews. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) plus years of related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, organization, and planning skills
  • Flexibility to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate key project tasks
  • Computer literate with experience using technology and CRM software (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft 365
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional Requirements

  • Must spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers
  • Required travel can be up to 50% of the time
