Job Summary

Territory Manager responsible for growing and managing a prime sales territory across Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio and surrounding area) by selling to builders, developers, wholesale distributors, showrooms, and architects. Focus on retaining established accounts while developing and closing new business in both single-family and multifamily sectors; spend substantial time in the field meeting clients, delivering consultative proposals, and presenting tailored solutions that align product features with client needs. Requires 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in construction), a bachelors degree in business, proven experience with wholesale/distributor channels, strong relationship-building and presentation skills, P&L familiarity, and the ability to travel ~25-35% and operate from a home office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com and a customer-centric, proactive sales mindset are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in the construction industry
