Territory Manager-Cardio

Job Summary
Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives across assigned accounts in Sweden and Finland by building relationships with Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists. Develop account plans, identify new business opportunities, and support tender processes for cardiac occluder therapies and Intracardiac Echocardiography solutions. Provide clinical and technical support during LAAO procedures, deliver product training to physicians and cath lab teams, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data. This field-based role requires extensive travel, with 100% of working time spent visiting customers to support procedures and expand access to life-changing structural heart technologies.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or related technical field
- Strong experience within the medical device industry
- Proven success supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and collaborating with Interventional Cardiologists
- Experience with left atrial appendage closure/occlusion (LAAO) procedures
- Experience working in Cath Labs and/or Hybrid Operating Rooms
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and account management capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English
- 100% of working time spent visiting customers
- Must be available for travel across the territory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Electrophysiology programmes and/or Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE)
