Territory Manager, Cannabis - Okanagan Valley (Kindred)

Job Summary
Manage territory coverage in Interior BC, including the Okanagan, Thompson Valley, and Kootenay regions, while executing daily, weekly, and quarterly plans to meet quota and distribution objectives. Build long-term customer relationships to grow volume, market share, and brand equity, and activate programming and brand concepts through structured call methodologies. Report on competitive activities, train staff on product knowledge, and ensure optimal display positioning and price point management across key purchasing areas. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of FMCG selling experience, and critical knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening and written
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skill
- Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills
- Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of Cannabis
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Cannabis Industry Regulations, market trends and competition is critical
- Must be able to: Live and demonstrate the company values
- Must be able to: Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism with internal and external customers
- Must be able to: Carry and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to: Immediately reach to perform various duties
