Job Summary
Territory Manager in CA leading go-to-market activities and developing community partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new markets, building and managing relationships with referral sources, leading 4-5 days of in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers, designing strategies to engage partners across channels, deepening partnerships, leading educational and networking events, gathering market feedback to inform marketing/product decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, project management skills, and ability to travel locally within the Bay Area; base compensation $70K-$90K plus uncapped performance-based bonus, with total target compensation between $94K and $114K depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week
- based in CA (Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Santa Clara, or Santa Cruz)
- fluency in English
- experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- reliable transportation and valid driver's license
