Job Summary
Territory Manager in San Francisco, CA to build relationships with clinical partners, develop and operationalize GTM strategies for new market penetration, and lead in-field meetings (4-5 days/week) with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships. Drive referral-network growth, design partner-engagement strategies across channels, and collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to inform go-forward strategies. Travel locally to meet with referral sources and healthcare organizations; require strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and project-management skills to expand Charlie Health’s presence in priority markets.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
