Job Summary
Territory Manager based in San Diego leads GTM strategy and builds relationships with referral sources to drive market penetration. Will go in the field 4-5 days per week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships. Designs strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels, deepens penetration across existing partnerships, and attends/hosts educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference calls. Works with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to deliver on GTM goals and synthesize market feedback to inform strategy. Must be based in San Diego, fluent in English, with 1-4 years of sales experience; healthcare familiarity a plus. Able to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver''s license (4-5 days/week). Excellent interpersonal, listening, and consultative selling skills; strong project management and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment. Base compensation between $70,000 and $80,000 per year, plus a target performance-based bonus. Benefits are provided for full-time, exempt employees.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Must be based in San Diego, CA
- Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings
- Fluent in English
- Driver''s license
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
