Job Summary
Territory Manager role in Alameda County, CA focused on building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, leading field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, managing partnerships across channels, expanding penetration of existing partnerships, attending and leading educational meetings and networking events, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals. Requires 4-5 days/week in the field, local travel, and strong interpersonal and project-management skills. Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and Zoom are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Alameda County
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
