Job Summary
Bevi is seeking a Territory Manager to own the performance of your territory, drive new sales, grow existing accounts, and build long-term partner relationships. You’ll focus on Bevi’s Office Coffee Service (OCS) partners, deepen relationships, co-sell, and activate branches to source and close more opportunities. Responsibilities include setting growth strategy, prospecting and converting opportunities, maintaining a clean pipeline, leading customer meetings and events, and partnering with sales enablement to drive partner success. The role requires residing in Florida and delivering sustained revenue growth within a defined territory, leveraging collaboration with partners and internal teams to expand Bevi’s footprint across the US.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in territory or field sales
- Reside in Florida
- Proven prospecting, lead generation, and deal-closing skills
- Experience selling through partners or distributors; OCS experience a plus
- Analytical and data-driven in prioritizing territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a defined set of high-priority accounts
