Job Summary
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive retention and revenue growth while identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned accounts, utilizing a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions and support customer success. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving territory growth goals, partnering with Account Managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution. Represent Belt Power at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to provide valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights. Ensure accuracy in quotations, contracts, and order processing. Requires outside sales experience, proficiency with CRM systems, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the territory.
