Job Summary
Territory Manager in Sedona/Cottonwood, AZ responsible for building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources to expand Charlie Health’s reach in behavioral health. Go-to-market planning and execution for new markets, lead field-based meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to maximize partnerships. This role emphasizes in-person and hybrid activities, travel within the local region, and driving go-forward strategies through partner feedback and market insights. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience, English fluency, ability to travel locally, strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom; compensation targets are $65,000–$80,000 base with a performance-based bonus. Fully eligible for comprehensive benefits as a full-time exempt employee.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Must be based in the Sedona/Cottonwood area
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance)
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
