Job Summary
Territory Manager in AZ/Mohave County role focused on building and managing relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, executing go-to-market strategies for new market penetration, and leading in-person/remote meetings with patients, parents, and providers. Responsibilities include developing GTM strategies, establishing partnerships, traveling 4-5 days per week to engage partners, designing partner engagement initiatives, expanding existing partnerships, delivering educational and marketing presentations, gathering market feedback to inform product/marketing strategy, and collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to achieve GTM goals. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience, the ability to travel locally, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom as a plus. Benefits are available for full-time employees, with target base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 plus performance-based bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Scottsdale or Mohave County, AZ
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
