Job Summary
Drive in-office adoption, recommendation, and retail performance of iVIZIA® dry eye products by executing sales tactics with optometrists, dry eye specialists, and optical retailers. Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and merchandising support to increase brand visibility while building consultative relationships that improve patient outcomes and support revenue growth. Manage territory routing, call planning, and segmentation to maximize reach, analyze sales data to identify opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Represent the company at local society meetings and provide actionable customer feedback to leadership, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and promotional guidelines. Travel within the assigned territory 90% of the time, including long drives and overnight stays, to deliver outstanding customer education and establish buy and bill opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices
- Eyecare experience
- Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior
- Demonstrated success in territory management, customer relationship building, and driving sales results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory on a daily basis

Desired Qualifications
