Job Summary
Identify, establish, and maintain productive relationships with key opinion leaders, administrators, and physician groups to drive therapy adoption. Provide educational, sales, and clinical support to interventional labs while acting as the clinical interface between the medical community and Asahi Intecc. Effectively plan and attend cases with physicians to set performance expectations and maintain an existing business base by introducing new products. Utilize interactive sales models for hands-on clinician training and promptly respond to customer requests and product complaints. Communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, and potential sales leads to appropriate personnel. Work with internal functions to meet sales growth objectives, new product launches, and customer education efforts. Maintain strong industry knowledge regarding reimbursement and OBL landscapes while conducting all business in adherence to ethics, compliance, and FDA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Interventional Experience
- Cath Lab Sales preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- acceptable Driving Record
- Must have the ability to travel by car or airplane independently up to 70% of the time
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly
- manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects
- Must be able to sit for an extended period of time
- Must be able to operate a computer for an extended period of time
- Must be capable of walking
- Must be capable of sitting
- Must be capable of using hands to reach, grab or balance
- Must be capable of kneeling, crouch, see, talk and hear in a standard hospital working environment
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to stand inside the Cardiac Cath Lab for long periods while wearing a lead apron
