Job Summary
Drive regional and individual territory revenue growth targets by serving as the primary customer contact for technical issues, correspondence, and periodic updates. Identify opportunities to expand projects that deliver value to customers while ensuring delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levels. Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges, and interact with key stakeholders including consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal staff. Represent the company at trade shows and participate in regional and annual sales meetings. This role requires up to 50% travel and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences, with a focus on water treatment processes and membrane applications.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design, construction and operation
- Understands membrane fundamentals and how membrane processes work
- Familiar with identifying flow paths through a system
- General understanding of membrane pretreatment processes
- General knowledge of membrane fouling and scaling
- Clean-in-place (CIP) knowledge
- System process knowledge to identify potential chemical opportunities
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Minimum 5 years of water treatment operations or sales experience working in a lead capacity in an engineering setting, equipment supplier or membrane plant operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Ability and willingness to travel, as required
- Must live close to a major airport
- Possess a valid work authorization for permanent employment in the US
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form to technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter, autonomous and highly motivated
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, motivated, self-starter. Takes ownership and accountability
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results while maintaining positive relationships
- This position is subject to logistics and/or chemical handling training, including those regulated by Federal, State, and City agencies which may include: the Department of Transportation (D.O.T), IATA, and IMO, and specific to Class 8 Corrosive products
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree desired in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) but not required
