Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for owning dealer accounts within an assigned geography, driving growth through prospecting and activation of dormant or under-penetrated accounts, recommending product solutions based on customer needs and market insights, traveling throughout the territory and to distribution centers as needed, growing program dealers and moving opportunities toward a Key Account Manager, maintaining quality CRM data to enable retention and business development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive unit and revenue growth, identifying upsell/cross opportunities from customer insights and predictive data, using data and analytics to improve time management and strategic activity, and representing the company at local/regional trade events to increase market visibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED degree
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused orientation
- Willingness to travel within assigned geography
- CRM experience or familiarity with customer relationship management systems
