Job Summary
Territory Manager for Central Ontario with Alliance Door Products. Role focuses on leadership, management, and coordination of sales and marketing within the defined territory, primarily visiting customers, planning visits, and coordinating with inside sales for customer profitability. Travel to customers is frequent; will base from home within the territory and regularly visit the St. Thomas distribution branch for training. Key responsibilities include developing partnerships with customers through consultation and market research, delivering product knowledge and technical assistance, developing annual sales budgets and business plans with the Director of Sales, executing marketing programs, expanding market development and share, and pursuing new business opportunities. Ideal candidate has outside sales leadership experience in the building materials industry, strong collaboration with peers, customers, vendors, and internal teams, and a commitment to customer value and operational excellence.
