Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for field-based merchant visits and brand advocacy within an assigned territory. Travel within territory (up to 35 retailers per day, with some in-store activity totaling ~50% of an 8-hour day; occasional drives up to two hours from home). Train and advocate client products at retailers, drive merchant awareness of the client’s line of credit services, place point-of-purchase signage, audit competitor promotions, and report activity to Retail Operations. Requires a personal vehicle, MVR check, and willingness to travel; salary includes a $25/hour base with a 10% monthly bonus opportunity, Next-Day Pay/DailyPay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits (health/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, holidays). Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with impeccable integrity and customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Access to personal vehicle for travel within territory
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and professional integrity
Desired Qualifications
