Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for welcoming new merchants and advocating client products at the retailer, driving merchant awareness within the assigned Utah territory, and placing point-of-purchase signage. Travel up to 35 retailers per day with 50% in-store time and occasional drives up to two hours from home. Demonstrate value of client credit services, address objections, and report feedback to Retail Operations. Responsibilities include in-store demonstrations, audits of competitive products and promotions, and coordinating launch-related activities; maintain professional relationships with merchants and colleagues, and meet visiting and in-store productivity goals. In addition to in-store activities, the role involves travel to major markets and events, training participation, mileage reimbursement, and using provided mobile devices to record activity and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Personal vehicle and insurance may be required
- MVR check
