Job Summary
Drive sales of the Instruments/NSE portfolio in the KSA Central Region by establishing relationships with current and potential customers, tracking trends, and reporting on regional developments. Execute sales activities against targets, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes while coordinating with the tender department. Conduct customer visits, demos, and material deliveries, providing post-sales training and attending surgery cases. Manage billing accruals, follow up on collections with Finance, and communicate customer feedback to Quality Management. Prepare congress materials, support logistics, and coordinate scientific support requests with the marketing department. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years experience, English proficiency, and a KSA driving license. This field-based role involves 80% travel and supports Stryker's mission to improve healthcare outcomes through innovative medical technology.
Required Qualifications
