Job Summary
Territory Inside Sales Representative for MailChimp (EMEA & DACH) in Dublin, hybrid role. Responsibilities include establishing trusted advisor relationships with accounts, researching potential customers to shape and build new business, growing new business through calls, inbound leads, meetings, and emails, managing a pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs, developing and executing sales strategies to convert leads to paying customers, providing account management to support clients’ technology strategies, maximizing cross-sell opportunities, nurturing long-term customer relationships, achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals, attending market events, collaborating with the Country Manager on regional initiatives, and coordinating lead flow across DACH and EMEA. Requirements include 12+ months in B2B sales, SaaS/tech experience preferred, fluent English and German, strong prospecting and presentation skills, collaborative and results-driven attitude, and excellent communication skills. Location is Hybrid in Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday & Thursday in office).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months in B2B sales
- Experience with software vendor, SaaS space or system integrator space is a huge plus
- Fluent English and German speaker
- Strong sales aptitude with customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
