Job Summary
Outside field sales and merchandising representative for the Charlotte territory, commuting in routes daily around Charlotte Metro area, with primary focus on visiting 6-8 grocery stores per day to improve in-store presence for multiple brands; responsibilities include merchandising, selling, building relationships with grocery-store decision-makers, capturing brand data via mobile apps, and achieving KPI targets; work hours typically Monday–Friday with potential weekend work to make up time; operate 100% in the field from your own vehicle, driving to stores, and providing support to store staff as needed; physical activity includes standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally; base salary plus uncapped commissions with monthly vehicle reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license, clean driving record, registration, and auto insurance
- Willing to drive many miles per day in own vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs consistently
- Experience in field sales, route sales, brand ambassador sales, or merchandising in grocery/retail environments
- Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with store managers and internal teams
