Job Summary
Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to support revenue growth and meet regional sales goals while acting as the primary field liaison for Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ directors. Enhance agent capabilities through product knowledge and tailored strategies, then monitor and evaluate channel sales performance to drive continuous improvement. Establish and grow positive partnerships with existing and new agents, championing the use of assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks to eliminate sales-floor bottlenecks. Coordinate field readiness for priority launches, distribute real-time updates, and translate complex strategic changes into clear day-to-day impacts for teams. Requires two or more years of sales experience, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and a valid driver's license.
