Job Summary
Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to drive revenue growth and meet regional sales goals. Execute sales support by enhancing agent capabilities through tailored strategies, while monitoring channel performance to identify continuous improvement areas. Establish and grow positive partnerships with existing and new agents, acting as the primary field liaison for store leadership, regional directors, and HQ. Champion the use of assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks to eliminate sales-floor bottlenecks and minimize transaction errors. Coordinate field readiness for priority launches, distribute real-time updates, and support training completion to maximize territory sales performance. Translate complex strategic changes into clear day-to-day impacts for teams. Requires two years of sales experience, willingness to travel within the territory, and a valid driver's license.
