Job Summary
Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to drive revenue growth and meet regional sales goals. Enhance agent capabilities through tailored sales strategies while monitoring channel performance and analyzing market factors. Establish partnerships with existing agents and create new relationships to support territory expansion. Champion the use of assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks alongside store leadership to eliminate sales-floor bottlenecks. Coordinate priority launches, distribute real-time updates, and support training completion to maximize territory sales performance. Translate high-level strategic changes into clear updates for teams. Requires two years of sales experience, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and a valid driver's license. Salary range $56,000-$64,000.
