Job Summary
Territory Executive responsible for identifying leads and selling Republic Services’ waste, recycling, and related services within an assigned market outside major metropolitan areas. Tasks include prospecting, delivering sales presentations to new and existing clients, following up with decision-makers, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to meet revenue targets. Requires proficient use of Salesforce for activity logging and customer profiling; ability to conduct outbound outreach, cold calls, and follow-ups; knowledge of pricing initiatives and ability to present total waste stream management solutions. Must develop market awareness, stay informed on competitive trends, and participate in company events to increase visibility. Requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals in a B2B environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role
- Waste or service industry experience
- Valid driver’s license
