Job Summary
Territory Executive responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, and selling Republic Services’ waste and recycling solutions within a designated market outside of a metropolitan area. Duties include delivering sales presentations to new and existing clients, following up with key decision makers, managing Salesforce records, completing contractual re-signs, addressing cancellations, and promoting total waste stream management solutions. Requires proactive lead generation, cold calling, weekly customer-facing activities, and maintaining awareness of market behavior and competitive trends. Leads efforts to grow profitable revenue by expanding services offered and building long-term customer relationships, including pricing initiatives and cross-selling of additional services. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, 2+ years direct selling in a customer-facing role, waste/service industry experience, and valid driver’s license. Salary range: $70,304.00 – $93,950.00.
