Territory Executive-National Accounts (WC Loss Sensitive)

Job Summary
Territory Executive-National Accounts for Workers’ Compensation loss-sensitive programs in NC, SC, WV, VA, and TN; lead broker and client relationships, generate new business submissions, and sell loss-sensitive casualty to National Account WC clients with large premiums. Will work with Underwriting, Loss Control, and Claims to determine risk acceptability, present proposals to brokers and clients, and manage accounts. Primary engagement with brokers and clients, travel 5-7 nights per month, and use Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5-8 years in insurance sales/underwriting (national accounts preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with National Accounts Workers Compensation Casualty business
- Experience with Sales and Underwriting of large Risk Management type accounts is preferred
- Current or prior broker/agent relationship experience preferred
- Previous technical insurance experience, preferably in sales and/or underwriting
- Highly motivated self-starter with the drive to be a top performer
- Exceptional communication, organization and selling skills
- Ability to travel extensively (5-7 nights per month) and have a valid driver’s license and ability to have and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle report
