Job Summary
Territory Development Manager to drive growth in Arizona by partnering with Independent Agency Market to increase insurance policy production. Utilize consultative sales techniques in B2B engagements via e-mail, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to implement a comprehensive contact strategy. Responsibilities include achieving production goals, real-time coaching on agency performance, managing contests and bonus programs, setting agent goals, conducting commission conversations, reviewing commission statements, identifying and appointing agents in targeted areas, and ensuring compliance with sales practices and activity documentation in Salesforce. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 2+ years of sales experience (insurance sales a plus), strong verbal/written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Local travel is ~75% with occasional overnight stays; company vehicle or stipend provided, plus competitive benefits. Employer does not sponsor U.S. work authorization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 or more years of successful sales experience
- Experience with insurance sales is a plus
- Ability to positively influence agents to increase territory production
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Must have valid Driver License
- Field position with 75% local travel (OCATIONAL)
