Territory Development Leader (Naga, Bicol)

Job Summary
Lead and develop the territory sales team to drive sustainable growth for JTI brands in the Naga area. Responsibilities include shaping territory sales strategy, managing field force and headcount, coaching and developing team members, conducting regular visits to retailers and wholesalers, ensuring in-store retail/wholesale pricing aligns with objectives, monitoring credit/collection efficiency and conducting trade audits, and maintaining accurate territory master data. The role requires collaboration with FM, Finance, and P&C; strong analytical skills; proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI; and a university/college degree with 2+ years of field sales and people-management experience. A valid driver’s license (B2 or higher) is required. Position is onsite in Naga City, Bicol, Philippines with permanent (full-time) employment.
Required Qualifications
- University / College degree
- 2+ years of relevant field sales, distribution, trade marketing experience
- People management experience, including coaching/mentoring
- Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino. Other local dialect is an advantage)
- Drivers’ license (B2 or higher)
