Territory Development Leader (CDO)

Job Summary
Territory Development Leader leads and develops the territory sales team to achieve growth and KPI targets. Responsibilities include managing Territory Representatives and Assistant Territory Representatives (plus Sales Drivers in some teams), collaborating with Field Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture, planning territory structures and headcount, coaching the team, developing and executing sales strategies at the territory level, monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, ensuring pricing alignment with objectives, conducting trade audits, maintaining accurate territory master data, and building relationships with retailers and wholesalers to drive business opportunities and performance. Requirements include a university degree, 2+ years in field sales/distribution/trade marketing, strong communication and people-management skills, ability to analyze on-the-ground business situations, proficiency with MS Office and Power BI, and a valid driver’s license (B2 or higher).
Required Qualifications
- University / College degree
- 2+ years of relevant field sales, distribution, trade marketing experience
- Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino. Other local dialect is an advantage)
- People management experience, including coaching/mentoring
- Ability to analyze business situation on the ground and propose improvements
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Good understanding of digital tools, including usage of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI)
