Job Summary
Execute daily territory coverage by supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers with store visits, display photo capture, and documentation through DMI and Salesforce. Implement promotional displays per RTM plans while maintaining brand standards and execution excellence across assigned locations. Partner with store leadership to reinforce operational guidelines, assist in onboarding new staff, and manage seasonal transitions and product launches. Follow assigned schedules set by the District Manager, including weekends and travel across markets, while adhering to safety protocols for physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs. Drive a company vehicle with a gas card and maintenance program included.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team
- Flexible Schedule availability including weekends
- Ability to travel across assigned markets
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, etc.
