Job Summary
Execute daily territory coverage by supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers with store visits, promotional display implementation, and execution documentation via DMI and Salesforce. Maintain operational consistency by reinforcing brand standards, capturing display photos, and ensuring compliance with negotiated plans while building relationships with store leadership. Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches, then partner with store personnel to strengthen field capability and support onboarding for new staff. Follow assigned schedules set by District Managers and adhere to safety protocols for physical activities and vehicle use. Requires valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to travel across assigned markets.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team
- Flexible Schedule availability including weekends
- Ability to travel across assigned markets
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.
