Job Summary
Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and reliability by supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. Execute daily coverage using Merchandising Excellence standards, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI and Salesforce. Implement promotional displays to ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintain strong brand visibility. Partner with store personnel to support smooth execution, assist with seasonal transitions, and reinforce foundational skills for new hires. Follow assigned schedules set by the District Manager or RTM while adhering to safety protocols and company vehicle policies. Requires a valid driver's license, physical readiness for lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible weekend availability. Base salary ranges from $40,600 to $55,825, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team
- Flexible Schedule availability including weekends
- Ability to travel across assigned markets
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, etc.
