Job Summary
Lead territory sales by executing brand objectives through communication of approved clinical information, rigorous account planning, and commercial team collaboration to achieve short and long-term revenue goals. Build relationships with key HCPs, physician practices, hospitals, and major cancer centers while identifying customer needs and providing solutions in live, virtual, and academic settings. Maintain expert operating knowledge of company policies, ensure compliance with all industry and government regulations, and successfully complete ongoing training in product knowledge, selling skills, and digital platforms. Strategically identify ways to prioritize patients and customers, review data trends to communicate applicable plans, and participate in field coaching sessions to ensure account execution and competency development. Manage ongoing communication with field and HQ colleagues, support local KOLs, and embrace omnichannel strategies to deliver medicines to patients with greater speed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience
- 5+ years proven Rare Disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry with demonstration of successful results
- Neurology experience– pediatric and adult experience
- Oncology experience
- Experience selling in a competitive market
- Experience in Rare Disease sales
- Experience with virtual selling and track record of embracing technology
- Valid and active driver's license
- Position may require domestic travel up to 50% of time
- Candidate must live within the identified territory
