Job Summary
Drive product awareness and utilization by developing sales networks with physicians and healthcare professionals across the Rockville, MD and Northern Virginia territory. Promote dermatological products through compliant clinical dialogue, leveraging marketplace knowledge to prioritize opportunities and exceed product goals. Engage targeted accounts to expand demand while collaborating with field personnel to address customer needs and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community. Represent the company professionally and ethically, utilizing direct selling techniques to navigate the changing healthcare environment. Requires two years of quota-driven sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and valid driver's license. Annualized salary range is $85,000.00 - $144,100.00.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role
- Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position
- Strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
- Ability to satisfy all applicable travel and credentialing requirements
- Ability to satisfy associated vaccination prerequisites
