Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for planning and directing sales activities within a defined geographical area, maintaining active hospital customer engagement (including National Accounts, Hospital Chains, Wholesalers, HCPs) and promoting company programs. Drives growth of BGM business, trains nurses in hospital settings, builds and expands relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, hospitals, HCPs, stockists), trains CSR personnel at distribution centers, identifies new hospital/HCP opportunities, collaborates with ADC Territory Managers and Area Manager, monitors orders and distribution, supports customers with product availability and replacements, provides inputs for forecasting and promotions, and adheres to SOPs and company policies. Strong emphasis on communication, negotiation, travel (extensive), and independent work.
