Job Summary
Territory Business Manager in Lucknow responsible for achieving assigned territory sales targets, carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision, reporting field activities daily, and meeting call averages and coverage norms. Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share, promote the division’s products per strategy, and build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and other stakeholders. Facilitates strategy building and acts as a brand ambassador. Requires BSc/B.Pharm and 2+ years of experience (fresher considered with strong communication/analytical skills); candidates from MNCs or top Indian pharma firms have added advantage. Travel is 100% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or B.Pharm
- 2+ years of experience in pharma sales or fresher with strong communication/analytical skills
- Experience preferred in MNC/pharma companies
- Fluent communication
