Job Summary
Territory Business Manager to own growth for a portfolio of medicines within a defined geography (India - Kerala). Responsible for translating national brand strategy into targeted territory plans, driving adoption, access and market share, building strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and administrators through science-led conversations, guiding accounts through approval processes to secure timely access, and delivering educational and promotional programs. Key activities include market development and access facilitation, compliance with policies, data-driven performance management, and leveraging CRM analytics to optimize territory coverage. Requires graduate degree in Science/Pharma or equivalent experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, strategic partnership development, and willingness to travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science/Pharma or equivalent experience
- Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience engaging hospital systems, formularies and procurement pathways to secure product enlistment
- Desirable Skills/Experience: Launch experience in specialty or primary care markets, ideally within cardiovascular, renal, metabolism, respiratory or immunology
- Proven track record to create territory business plans using data and segmentation to prioritize high-impact activities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics to drive call planning, follow-ups and performance tracking
