Job Summary
Develop sales and customer networks within the Rockville, MD and Northern Virginia territory by partnering with physicians and healthcare professionals. Promote dermatological products to drive awareness and utilization while engaging in direct selling to expand product demand. Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs and represent the company in a compliant, ethical manner at all times. Utilize marketplace knowledge to prioritize opportunities and exceed product goals through clinical dialogue and total account management. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and two years of sales experience in a quota-driven role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role
- Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position
- Strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
- Must be able to satisfy all applicable travel and credentialing requirements
- Must be able to satisfy associated vaccination prerequisites
