Job Summary
Lead territory sales by executing brand objectives through rigorous account planning and delivering revenue goals across live, virtual, and community settings. Build relationships with key healthcare professionals, practices, and major cancer centers while maintaining expert knowledge of rare disease products and the neurology/oncology landscape. Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry guidelines, and government regulations regarding ethical business practices and healthcare professional interactions. Strategically identify market trends, analyze data to communicate actionable plans, and collaborate with field and HQ colleagues to support local KOLs. Complete ongoing training in product knowledge, selling skills, and digital platforms to enable faster medicine delivery to patients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience
- 5+ years proven Rare Disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry with demonstration of successful results
- Neurology experience
- pediatric experience

- Oncology experience
- Experience selling in a competitive market
- Experience in Rare Disease sales
- Experience with virtual selling
- track record of embracing technology
- valid and active driver's license
- domestic travel up to 50% of time
- Candidate must live within the identified territory
