Job Summary
Achieve assigned territory sales targets in Bareilly by conducting effective field work with minimal supervision, report daily field activities through the online system, and maintain target metrics such as call average, coverage, and frequency. Promote the division's products as per strategy and build relationships with stakeholders including doctors, chemists, and stockists. Act as a brand ambassador, contribute to strategy development, and leverage strong communication and analytical skills to drive market share in the pharma space within Abbott’s EPD division. This role requires 100% travel within the territory and fluency in clear communication; the candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience or be a fresher with strong capabilities. The position is based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India and is remote.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience in pharma sales (Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also be considered)
- Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage
